Instructions for Speakers

Submission of materials in advance

Deadline: 31 March 2025

Please note that, due to the setup of the venue, the computer equipment is located in a separate technical room and not in the conference hall itself. As such, there will be not possible on stage in the hall to use your own laptops or USB sticks for last-minute uploads.

All presentations must be sent in advance to eblida@eblida.org and we will forward them to the technical support team, who will verify the files, arrange them in the correct sequence, and ensure their availability during the sessions. This process is essential for maintaining the flow of the program and avoiding technical disruptions.

Please, follow the file naming format:

 [Date]_[Start time]_ [Your Last Name]

(e.g., 8April_12-15_yourlastname.pptx).

(Note: PowerPoint presentations in .pptx format are preferred for compatibility and ease of use. If your presentation includes animations or media, .pptx ensures proper functionality.
If you prefer a static version you may submit a .pdffile instead.)

Backup

As a safty measure, please make a backup copy of your presentation, including any associated files, and bring it with you to the Conference on a USB stick.

Consent for sharing

When submitting your presentation, please indicate if you do not agree to allow EBLIDA to share your presentation on its website under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license.

We will respect your decision, and your presentation will not be published.
